The Enphase IQ8X microinverters support PV modules with higher input DC voltage and cell counts, such as 96-cell, 80-half-cell, and 88-half-cell modules.

They are perfect for installations with the REC Alpha Pure-R panels due to their high voltage. The REC410AA Pure-R and REC420AA Pure-R panels are in-stock and ready to ship.

What is an Enphase IQ8 Microinverter?

An Enphase IQ8 Microinverter is a cutting-edge device designed for solar photovoltaic systems. Unlike traditional string inverters, each IQ8 Microinverter is installed directly on individual solar panels.
The IQ8 series comes in three different models:  IQ8AC,  IQ8HC, and the upcoming IQ8X, which we will soon have in stock (early July 2024).

What does it do?

The  Enphase IQ8 Microinverter converts the DC electricity produced by each solar panel into AC electricity. It optimises the performance of each panel independently, ensuring maximum power output even in challenging conditions like shading or panel variations.
